Dr. Sarah E. Howard overcame childhood sexual abuse to become a Vice President in higher education. While extraordinarily successful in her career, her personal relationships suffered. She learned, however, that despite suffering abuse she could indeed have healthy thriving relationships and experience success in her professional life.

Dr. Howard’s passion for helping clients overcome their troubled pasts led her to earn a certification in Trauma Studies from the Justice Resource Center in Boston.
Her commitment to life-long learning and her deep desire to help others heal motivated her to earn an EdD in Adult Education from National Louis University, and an MA in Counseling from DePaul University, both in Chicago.

Licensing & Certification
Dr. Howard is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She works with clients who have successful careers, but still need help creating secure, healthy relationships. As a Certified Relationship Coach, Dr. Howard guides clients who have received help with their abuse but are now ready to work with a coach on creating and sustaining intimate healthy love.
Having spent over 40 years studying and practicing Universal spiritual principles, she blends and integrates them with her other training, experience, and wisdom to provide a tailored approach for each client’s unique needs.
